Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu: you will learn basic stances, basic hand postures, and Combination Form.

QiGong Wellness: Dedicated to adults and elders, This is a slow pace and relaxing class. You will meditate, stretch, and learn QiGong forms such as YiJinJing.

Kickboxing: You will learn the basics of fighting stance, how to move your feet, and how to protect yourself. You will learn how to punch and combinations.

Please wear something comfortable and ready to work out in. Don't forget to bring water!
